These terms apply to purchases from AR Fabrics at arfabric.store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Products and colours
We describe fabric type, composition, stitching status, included pieces, measurements and care information as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting and photography. Small differences that do not affect use are not considered defects.
Prices and availability
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Availability and prices may change without notice. An order is accepted after stock and payment or COD confirmation are verified.
Payment and COD confirmation
For advance payment, request current payment details via WhatsApp +92 300 000000 and send the payment screenshot, amount/reference and order number. Never send payment to details not confirmed by AR Fabrics.
For Cash on Delivery, send your order number and name to WhatsApp within 24 hours. We may confirm the address by WhatsApp or phone. Unconfirmed, fraudulent or repeatedly refused orders may be cancelled.
Delivery
Pakistan delivery is normally estimated at 3–5 working days after dispatch. Courier delays can occur. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Eligible requests must be made within 7 days. Delivery charges are paid by the customer unless a damaged or wrong item is verified. Sale, stitched, custom, cut, washed, worn or altered items are not returnable. Damage or wrong-item claims must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 working days. See our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
Customer information
You must provide accurate contact and delivery information. We use customer information only to process orders, deliver purchases, support customers, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
